I'VE BEEN THINKING

Are you keeping up with Dr. Ben Carson?  I am truly excited about this man.  He says he is not a politician, but he is willing to run for president in 2016 if the people want him.  I was on a telephone conference call this Tuesday evening with him.  He answered every question with the kind of no nonsense wisdom that I want to see in a president.  One caller expressed her gratitude at his willingness to do the will of the people and what God would have him to do.  His reply was that was so important especially the last part.  When asked if he were elected president, what would be the first thing he would do, he replied that he would call a special joint session of the House and Senate, and that there he would declare that he was going to run the executive branch according to the constitution as envisioned by the founding fathers,  He said he would also call on them to determine how they could bring the congress and the country back into the kind of constitutional government the founding fathers envisioned when they wrote that constitution.  He says the current administration is a disaster, yet he states everything in a very positive way.  Several times he spoke of the exception-ism of the USA  He also said illegal immigrants would have to go back home, but there, outside of the USA, they could apply for work permits to come back into the country to work and pay taxes.  He was kind and compassionate, but at the same time, he put our country first.  I say let's elect this wise man.
