When I first started this blog, I entered a post that said, God "created a physical Heaven and Earth. He meant for man to live on this Paradise and rule the kingdom forever." This was no small place. We are told that in it was a river that divided into four rivers. We know about the river Hiddekel (Tigris) and the Euphrates. The Pison went around the land of Havilah an area near the Mediterranean Sea or around Yemen. The Gihon went around the land of Cush or Ethiopia. One needs only to place these rivers to see that the land God promised Abraham and his seed was identical with Eden. God planted a garden in the east of Eden, Gen. 2:8. We are not told that Eden was a kingdom, but our Lord's command shows it as much. When God had created the beautiful garden and pronounced it all good, He created man and woman. Only then did He pronounce that all He had made was very good. In this garden He placed the man and woman and told them to have a lot of children and fill the world with their offspring. This indicates then a world wide population.
The next words in Genesis 1:28 are words of governmental responsibility. God told them to subdue the earth That is a commissioning command from God to man that he should conquer the world. Is that not a kingdom? Further in the same verse God told Adam and Eve to have dominion over every living being in the sky, in the sea, and on the earth. That is a universal, worldwide kingdom which God intended them to rule forever. Was God's command a crowning of man and giving him responsibility to rule. Absolutely! This, though not called a kingdom, in effect made Adam and Eve king or God of this world with authority from God to rule every living thing. In Gen. 1:28 God literally told them to subdue the earth and "rule over" every thing that moved. It was God's desire that man rule in this first "kingdom."
This command or commission was given to Adam and Eve in their innocent condition before they sinned and plunged the whole human race into sin.
God's will for a man and a woman is also seen here. It is clearly seen that His will was that man marry a woman. When He would find a helper for Adam, who was alone, He was not satisfied with any of the animals. God brought before Adam all the animals, and Adam gave them their names. Among the beasts was found no helper for Adam. This from the beginning prohibits bestiality. Then it was that God took a rib from Adam and made a woman and brought her to Adam. Here homosexuality was condemned. God did not create another man for Adam, but rather he created a totally new being, a woman, for man. Commandment was then given that man should leave his father and mother and cleave unto his wife making them one flesh. Woman was made for man, and their intimacy was to the point of making them one flesh.
We shall see more about all this later, but contemplate on this. What do you think?

Keep up the good work Bro. Moody. Glad to hear you are feeling so much better. We have been praying for you here in Tacoma, WA.
Thank you, Bro. Larry,
Thank you for your prayers. God has been so good to me in the recovery He has given. I am still not well, but I am so much better than I was. Last Sunday I sang
a solo in our church service. It was the second one since my surgery.
I am glad you have joined my blog. Please feel free to leave your comments frequently. I hope to get this out to many of God's people, and I hope many will respond. Thanks again for your comment. Moody
