Yes, God set up the original kingdom with Adam and Eve in the place of dominion over all the world. Sadly, however, they disobeyed God. They broke the one law that God had given them and ate of the forbidden tree. To many this seems like a very trivial thing, but oh how far off such a thought is. First that one act affected every descendent of Adam and Eve for all time. Not only that it affected even the earth and all its creatures. Death passed upon all men and creation because of this disobedience. Every birth since then brought a creature under the curse of God.
Not only that, but the government of the world changed as well. In eating of that forbidden tree Adam abdicated his position of God of this world and surrendered to Satan, who became the God of this world. Since that time even until now Satan remains God of this world. What do you think of that?
