THANKS FOR CURRENT VICTORY

I sent you a post a few days ago stating that in the United States Senate there was a vote to repeal the first amendment that guarantees our freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and freedom of religion.  I told you then that every Democrat in the US Senate voted in favor of that repeal.  Well, thank God that did not end it. There had to be another vote.  In the mean time the Senate was flooded with petitions to save the amendment.  Thank God on the second vote the Republicans and some of the Democrats changed their vote, and the bill to repeal was lost.  For the time being, at least, we still have our freedom.
